About Rachel

Let’s Work Together

My goal is to provide options for you no matter what your goals or budget are.

  • Rachel is amazing. I’ve been working with her for the past 18 months. In that time I’ve changed my relationship with working out - strength training is something I look forward to. My improvements are measurable (from lifting 15 lbs overhead to 45lb) and consistent.  For the first time in my life, I feel like athlete - and it’s thanks to Rachel smart programming and cheerleading. I couldn’t recommend her more highly.

  • During the pandemic’s peak, I realized I needed to take charge of my health and wellness. I didn’t have luck making changes on my own, so I reached out to Rachel in hopes of help with accountability and efficiency. It took a LONG time for me to really get off the ground in a complete, well-rounded way, but Rachel always kept checking in on me and making sure I knew I was capable. To be honest, I feel a sense of disbelief that I’ve made it this far! I always thought this level of fitness would be something I’d aspire to but never accomplish. Rachel has helped to prove me wrong.

  • Rachel was my personal training coach for 6 months and truly helped me make a transformation. She takes into account any injuries you have and helps you set attainable goals. She encourages you and checks in often to keep you feeling motivated. She is so patient (and downright hilarious) that I really got comfortable during our training sessions and was able to build muscle and exceed my goals!
