Semi-Private Sessions
Whether you’re relatively new to training with limited access to equipment or have experience using kettlebells, I have options for you! Sessions are capped to 6 people to maintain a private feel.
KICKSTART STRENGTH
Every Friday at 10:30am PST
Strength is imperative for everyone, so let's kickstart YOUR strength training journey! This is a semi-private session, capped at 6 people to ensure a private training feel. These classes require one dumbbell only (though more equipment is encouraged) and are based on the fundamental building blocks of strength, mobility, and preventative care. This is designed to be an all levels class, accessible to all ages. Expect bodyweight movement and the foundational patterns - squat, hinge, lunge, push, and pull keeping any injuries in mind.
PERSIST STRENGTH

Strength is imperative for everyone, so let's persist with YOUR strength training journey! This is a semi-private session, capped at 6 people to ensure a private training feel. These classes require equipment - suggested weights are one light and medium kettlebell and one pair of dumbbells. These sessions are based on the fundamental building blocks of strength, mobility, and preventative care, with some kettlebell skills sprinkled in. This is designed to be a more intermediate class and should be booked if you have trained with me before.
